Everyone in my class hates my english teacher!?

We were complaining about how much work she gives us. She gives us a heap-fulls of worksheets everyday, always judging our work, even though we worked so hard on it, she gives us low grades. Its not just that. There are bad kids in my class(kids who complain all the time, gets in trouble a lot, detention etc..). She tries to find a way to bust them even though they didn't do anything. It got so worse she even called in the counselor to go talk to the class. All of us calls her "Mrs. Bitchetts" or "Mrs. Ribbetts". So what are your thoughts on that? the story is about a young man named Alton Coup he is very talented in just about anything. right after he graduated from high school he was going to ask his girlfriend to marriage but she was murdered. the guy who killed her was an assassin sent by a king who let the girl's father borrow money but never paid back and so that is why the king sent one of his 7 assassins to kill her. I SWEAR I THINK I FELT LICE CRAWLING IN MY HEAD?

I am extremely, extremely fearful of getting lice. I'm going to give you all of the details right here, right now. Dry skin and dandruff runs in my family, particularly my mothers side. I have dandruff as well, and occasionally, i also see dandruff on my brothers head. My dandruff is much, much better now, but my head still itches every once in a while. I don't usually worry about lice, but a couple of days ago, my head got itchy, and i immediately got paranoid and thought it was lice. I was so scared. So, 24/7, i am fearful about the possibility of lice in my hair. Does thinking about lice automatically make a person feel itchy? I'm thinking about writing a book from the view of a teenage girl that is accused of murder and is sentenced to go toi jail for the majority of her life even though she didn't do it. It will highlight some of the struggles that the girl goes through to try to prove her innocence and find out who the real murderer is. Throughout the story, while the girl struggles to uncover the truth about the real murderer, she is actually being watched very carefully by the real culprit that will go to great lengths to stop her from catching him and turning him in.

Why won't my school compromise?

I'm a freshman in high school in Texas that has year round schooling. So I'm like NEVER in trouble at school at all (I'm actually an honors student) but this morning I let my friends peer pressure me into joining them in bullying a girl during PE class, and we totally got caught. I felt bad about it as soon as I did it and I HAVE apologized. I know it was wrong. But the school isn't cutting me ANY slack even though I have a great track record. I got In Scool Detention in 6th grade twice. Once because I was signaled out, and the teacher was racist (they soon found that out, and she was fired) and the other was because I was defending my friend from a bully. How can I become legal?

I came to the U.S at the age of 5 in 2001. My parents missed the law by a year that permitted you to register for a green card. I don't have a criminal record- or any record! I've never even gotten a detention. I have all honors classes. I'm from Brazil so don't start with the hopping the border crap. I came on an airplane before 9/11. Plumbers and DIY ers help! Leaky Cabrio washer: Do I need a new drain pump?

I have a whirlpool cabrio no agitator toploading washer. It has begun to leak. I took off the back and watched it empty. There is water coming out of two slightly larger than pin size holes located on the top black connector on the drain pump on the back right side. The holes are on the neck about half and inch down from the clamp. Is it patchable or do I need to replace the whole pump?

Is it normal toi get 105/70 and after 2 minutes 110/70 setting the same way and positing my arm the same way. I believe Hawaii is chronically short of prison space. They were shipping prisoners to other states in the 1990s. They were supposed to build more prisons but I don't think they ever did. Why won't my school compromise?

I'm a freshman in high school in Texas that has year round schooling. So I'm like NEVER in trouble at school at all (I'm actually an honors student) but this morning I let my friends peer pressure me into joining them in bullying a girl during PE class, and we totally got caught. I felt bad about it as soon as I did it and I HAVE apologized. I know it was wrong. But the school isn't cutting me ANY slack even though I have a great track record. I used to be a complete rebel at school. I'd skive off, not care about my grades, and break all the rules. I was constantly in detention and my parents were getting REALLY pissed off with me. I have this short story idea about a kid who is staying after school for detention. After detention is over he is heads to the bathroom before leaving the school. My private school has this rule that if you come late you have to stay for detention. When finals and regents come they say that you have to pay it all off at a rate of $4.00 an hour. This makes some people owe up to $200.00 if they had some kind of family tragedy or something and forgot to bring a note. Anyway, their rule says that if you don't sit all of your detention or pay it all off then you can't take the Regents. As far as I know this is illegal. Today was the second to last day of school and I was in 5th period orchestra. I had to go to the bathroom really bad (my bladder was seriously about to pop) by the end of class, but my teacher was in her private office testing students for orchestra next year and I didn't want to interupt so I ran to the bathroom. By the time I was done the bell had rung so I left. I was only gone 3, 4 minutes tops. Anyways, in that short amount of time I was gone, for the first time all year she decided to leave her office and take roll at the END of class. I was marked absent and the school called my mom. I quickly emailed my teacher explaining to her that I didn't ditch. I am a good student and I have an A+ in her class, but she wouldn't budge and told me that she would not clear the absence. If I don't get the absence cleared, I will have to serve an after school detention at the beginning of my senior year. I'm afraid that I won't get accepted into the college I want to go to if they see that I got a detention. Do you think the teacher was being fair? So i am pre-med but an econ major. I really like medicine but am not sure what to do. I really think it would be awesome to work for a company like google, or etc in the business world. My problem is that I have good grades an I know that I like medicine and know I can get it but also I don't want to regret not doing something I might enjoy a little more. I have volunteered in hospital ERs and now am doing laboratory research. Ive come to honestly hate the society we are currently living in. Where are the morals, sense of commitment, pride for hard work, family values?? We now live in a society where it is more exceptable to divorce your spouse over little issues than it is to work through them to solidify the sanctity of marriage. We live in a society where hard work counts for little and the biggest a** kisser gets the promotion. Its almost impossible to have a healthy, striving, comfortable home with only one adult working because everything costs so damn much yet the quality of everything has decreased. We have to be fearful of our children playing outside after dark, going to the park alone, riding to the store with some friends because of all the sick, preverted, and violent people now over populating our planet. It is now common for children to be born to single, very young women with no father willing to step up and be a loving, supportive dad to the child he helped create. Its not exceptable to swat your child on the behind for misbehaving, that will get you child abuse charges, yet kids are being sent to juvenile detention younger and younger because we are suppose to "reason" with them and "disipline them with love" my mom spanked my a** and popped me in the mouth if I talked back or disrespected her and I turned out just fine! By the time the children of this age grow into adults our society will be on the brink of self destruction. Why won't my school compromise?

I'm a freshman in high school in Texas that has year round schooling. So I'm like NEVER in trouble at school at all (I'm actually an honors student) but this morning I let my friends peer pressure me into joining them in bullying a girl during PE class, and we totally got caught. To get a scholarship in colleges/ universities do they count your elementary education? Do they look at your grade as a whole or at your assigments? With a 3.7 gpa - 3.8 gpa will i be able to get a scholarship? Let's say you get a detention or something like that will that affect you? Nervous Habits i think???

Recently i overcame some blinking problem i had that i would just keep blinking for no reason. My parents said it was a nervous habit. Now i tend to clear my throat very often and when i don't i feel like i might choke. Also i crack my knuckles and neck and back often and don't know if that has to do with anything but its there. Also i don't know if this is bad but its hard too explain but i will do my best.... I often feel like everything has to be balanced in a way...like if someone erases a dry erase board and leaves pieces of it on and keeps writing it drives me crazy....and if umm i wipe my face on my left side...i feel the need toi do it on my right or i just feel weird and i always try to get comfortable. I know i kind of went off topic a couple times but if u have any answers for any of these it would be appreciated. Cat(s) on a Hot Tin Roof?

I still am not able to get rid of a family of cats on my roof here in the Philippines. The roofs here are sheet metal so you hear everything. There is NO Humane Society here toi get the cats. Not even animal control units here to help take them away. I tried to spray vinegar around the area where they are playing. (male/female & 3 kittens)...no good. I was thinking of putting broken glass all around the roof. They are keeping me awake at night. The landlord came with a worker and took the female away but I think it was just another female and NOT the mother of those kittens. Does anyone have a better way to get rid of this mess? Please...NO smart remarks either. I will not poison them or shoot them but need to relocate them some how. Can you help?

Too much exercise causing vision problems?

i started running three years ago when i was al fat and chubby...my body is in perfect shape now, but my vision's totally screwed up ...im just 17 and i have an army of floaters( little SOB's,aren't they??) and shitty grainy vision...i look up at sky and i see those very tiny white dots zapping throgh my vision...its worse when i do some excersize, as it feels like there is a blot of cells appearing with each heartbeat...is it something to do with running?? my tennis coach warned me that my intake of water is too less than what i sweat out, and that it can cause array of problems ..i went to an opthamologist and he did some pupil dilation and looked into the eye, only to tell me that he saw not even a single SOB and my retina was perfect and that it was all in my mind...he said further that the visual snow was some (__________) phenomena where the red blood cells moving in the eye are visible, and that EVERY PERSON IN the world sees them, but a few notice them...is it due to over excersise? or bad diet??? is there any hope in the world that one day i might get rid of these lil' ****ers?
