Can you play on the tennis courts at Governor's Honors Program?

Okay, I love tennis, and I'm getting the opportunity to go to the Georgia Governor's Honors Program this summer. BUT I know that there are boundaries where GHP-ers aren't allowed to go. Are the tennis courts within this "Magic Square?"
