Can they do this to me and parents, would u also punish me at home?

the school gave me summer school detention every day during the summer for 3 weeks. yea i have summer school because i failed 3 classes but thats besides the point. they cant give me detention for summer school until summer school starts! i was pretty bad but can they seriously do that?! i got it for a number of things. im one of the biggest trouble makers in school. and now my parents r grounding me! i have no freedom! i got the detentions for cutting, pushing a girl down the stairs, telling my teacher to go **** herself and cheating on a big test. but i shouldnt be punished at home. im already on lock down at school.
