I'am addicted to Detention,need help?

I really like this guy,we were friends for a bit but then we got put in to different classes,hes a bit of a "bad ***" and is often in after school detentions two-three times a week.ive been purposely getting into trouble just to get in there to see him,we don't talk i just sit and look at him for an hour,its become an Obsession and now i cant stop,my mum and tutor are worried and its just automatic for me to misbehave now,i haven't told my mum why i am doing this,i dont want to but its time i sorted myself out,any help or suggestions?
