Question about the CIA? Will I still be able to be in it?

I got In Scool Detention in 6th grade twice. Once because I was signaled out, and the teacher was racist (they soon found that out, and she was fired) and the other was because I was defending my friend from a bully. I got suspended once in 7th grade for defending myself from a bully. He slapped me twice, I slapped him once, and he put me in a head lock. That resulted in me cussing and getting suspended because I was cussing. I really want to be in the CIA when I get older though. I'm really scared that this may have messed up my chances, will it? Or does it not start counting until you get in high school? I realize what I did was wrong and my parents are extremely mad at me, they said I'll never get into the CIA, with behavior like this. What do you think? Do you think I will still have a chance getting in? Does it only count when you get to high school? Will I be affected, when I apply for a college?
