Can i call a juvenile detention center on my friend?

So my friend is acting up on her mom.. i mean a lot of things have happened to her (realy bad ones) but that doesnt give her a right at the age of 14 to start acting like a slut.. i LOVE my friend so much and recently she was introduced to this 18 year old drop out guy. and so she left her home to be with him, and then later on returned home with him. now they are living in her moms house eating her food. NOT working nor going to school. only maybe like once every week. and when she does go she is in In School Suspension. Her mom has called my mom and other moms around asking for advice she feels desperate but thinks my friend will just hate her even more than she already does. So if i do call a juvenile detention on her will they ask for MY info.... i wouldnt want her to hate me either, i tried talking to her but she just walks away from me. or starts crying over him. He (along with the rest of her dozens of boyfriends) only want her for the sex because he has admitted it in spanish (i dont look hispanic so he doesnt know i speak spanish) i herd him say it to his brother and friends before. i know its non of my business really but i care for her too much to not be bothered by it.. she has lost ALL of her friends she had. No one cares for her anymore. every time they see me they always ask me "where's ******** ?? has she had a baby yet?? " HELP ME! ccan i call a juvenile detention? if yes will they ask me for MY name and information?
