Why is my 3 month old kitten peeing everywhere?

She goes everywhere and i finished giving her a special medicine to help her. We don't know if its an infection or something worst but now we're starting her on a spray that will calm her down but so far nothing. I'm worried that its because she has moved twice and that she was abandoned at 2 days old. Please someone? I want her toi be well soon or we could give her back. :(
