Husband says basic training reminds him of being back in jail...is that true? I feel horrible now?

Well, if he's already been to jail... Sounds like he could use a little structure in his life. Sure it's tough, but that's because if he's deployed he needs to be tough, and obey orders, and do without question to stay alive. If he's not ready for that reality, the army wasn't for him.
