Biro, biro, biro! I think how you hold the pen depends on how it feels and if it starts to hurt too. If you want one that you can hold easier, try getting a moulded pen, or just buy a pen grip-they're only about 10p from stationery shops. I used to have a pen like in xredrose90x's link, but I lost it D: Alex.
