How to let a guy down nicely?

Theres this guy at my school that told me he really likes me and I heard he's planning toi ask me out. The thing is I dont like him back that way, hes like a brother to me. How do I let him down nicely, he's been turned down a lot before and I feel bad for him too... What do i do?
